In fact, besides performing PLC, HMI and MC (Motion Controller) functions, this controller allows you to manage successfully main items relative to IT (Information Technology) for industrial automation which includes database management and communication ports, serials and Ethernet, the latter accessible through TCP/IP, FTP, Modbus TCP communication protocols and free functions like OPC server (Host side) and WEB Server (Controller side).
Power P has 44 local digital I/O + 28 local analog inputs which can be expanded via CANopen, 4 interfaces for 5V Line Driver encoder, 4 analog outputs +/- 10V and Step/Direction signals necessary to manage up to 4 stepper or brushless motors. Morever there''s also a USB port to manage removable memory supports (PenDrive), keypad or mouse.
