Material and heat treatment process:

The roller shaft selects surface hardened steel, thus ensuring the toughness of the heart and increasing the impact resistance of the bearing while improving the surface hardness and wear resistance.

Improve the impact resistance of bearings:

The impact resistance of bearings is very important, THB improves the impact resistance of bearings by the following two methods 1. appropriately increases the depth of the hardened layer of the roller shaft, 2. spiral oil groove on the shaft raceway open into a groove bottom circular arc type.

Ensures smooth operation:

Compared to the standard clearance, a compressed radial clearance that is more suitable for running accuracy is used, thus ensuring smooth operation of the cam splitter.

Improve positioning accuracy:

The radial runout value of the outer ring is controlled within 0.005. The scatter of outer diameter dimensions is controlled within 0.005, thus ensuring high accuracy of product positioning.
