CS800 Wire Cut and Strip Machine Performs Full and Partial Strips
The unit accurately measures, cuts, strips and counts a wide range of wire types and sizes ranging from 30 to 10 AWG. Depending on the material, the CS800 can perform either full or partial strips. The user friendly micro-processor based programming prompts the operator through each step of the operating parameters. Frequently run applications can be quickly stored and retrieved from its 67 batch locations. A bushing set is required for operation and is dependent on the OD size of the material. The CS800 can be paired with Eraser''s WS1 Wire Straightener, which allows for pre-straightening of the wire before cutting operations.
