Here it is, new pipes test bench size.
Developed from pipe testing units already designed up to 3000 Ton for 60” pipe, this smaller version (48”) is responding to medium sizes pipes producers demand, or to pipeline instruments skid manufactures.
Equipped with self-coupling automatic seals that allow testing on pipes having big out of roundness error, or big welding cords. 12.7 meter is the maximum pipe length on this unit, along with 1380 bar max working pressure. It has been designed to resist to 1500TON hydrostatic reaction power, to be installed in testing BUNKER.
No installation foundations works required.
