Nr. 6 Test stations test benches, twin asset, with Bore Plugs clamping style. Test bay designed for big production numbers, to serve double production line. Hydro test up to 1600 bar & Nitrogen test up to 1050 bar. Full surrounding safety perimeter calculated in accord to EN1522-FB6 and Inspection windows certified EN1063-BR6. Movable independent loading trays able to simplify valve-loading procedure using flag crane. High vacuum system for air evacuation before automatic water filling. Automatic water recovering & storage. Test bench has a full interconnection to factory supervision system for remote configuration and real time test results collection.
