Protected against pollution

The pushing device is operated by two external hydraulic cylinder. The bearings of the swing-arms are also located outside the grinding chamber and is thus protected against pollution from the ground material.

High throughput

The pushing device forces the fed material under pressure against the rotor. This avoids that the material can escape. A significantly higher throughput of the granulator is the result. The stroke of the pushing device can be set by a PLC control-unit accordingly to the specific properties of the fed material. The operation parameter of the hydraulic pushing device is set in regard to overload, stroke depth and speed.

Innovative design

Other advantages of the innovative design is a smaller footprint and reduced height. Lower wear and low susceptibility as well as a higher availability is the result.
