Making 100 kg silver grains with a Topcast tilting furnace

Silver is melted in the tilting crucible by induction heating; then the molten metal is poured into the water tank by a bored tundish.

When the pouring phase is finished, the grains are easily removed by the bottom hopper and dried out.
