The TMF-R-G models are induction melting furnaces capable of melting ferrous, non-ferrous, precious metals and PGM alloys, depending on the model configuration. Our induction furnaces are designed to meet the most demanding melting and casting requirements, from small laboratories to large foundries.

The TMF-R-G granulation system consists of a generator connected to a tilting furnace and equipped with a granulation unit for the production of metallic grains.

The tilting can be electric, hydraulic or manual with a hand wheel, while the crucible is available in different materials depending on the metal to be processed.

The water/alcohol solution of the granulation unit is continuously circulated and cooled by a powerful cooler to keep the process variables under control and to ensure the repeatability of the quality of the grains produced.

After granulation, a double valve synchronisation system allows the grains to be collected while the water remains in the process chamber. This eliminates the need to transfer process water to a back-up tank after pouring and then return it to the process tank after filtering the water from the grains.
