The submersible pressure transmitter ECL
8438, the intrinsically safe Ex pressure transmitter EXNT 8292 and Ex
submersible pressure transmitter EXL 8432 are now also approved
for marine applications. With these pressure transmitters specifically
suitable for the rough conditions at sea Trafag continues its 50-year
tradition as a solution provider in shipbuilding market.
The certificates of the classification society Germanischer Lloyd GL allow
without limitation the use of these pressure and level transmitters
on ships, e.g. for level measurement in fuel or ballast water tanks. Due
to the intrinsically safe design and the certification of ATEX and IECEx
the types EXL and EXNT can also be used in hazardous applications.
The submersible transmitter ECL and the intrinsically safe Ex transmitter
EXNT are available from stock in standard versions. Due to their
modular design, all transmitters EXL , ECL and EXNT can be configured
to specific customer needs.
