Flapdoors for shafts simplify the transfer of loads between different levels

In warehouses, the loads are often shifted by means of a tackle in order to be lifted through the shaft and deposited on the next level.

The risk of the loads falling down during the handling process is very high.

Operating principle of the flap door:

When closed, the flap door is a reception floor on which the operator safely can deposit, unhook and remove the load without great effort.

When opened, the flap door allows the tackle and the load to move up or down.

The movement of the flap door on the floor is protected by grid panels 50x25x4 mm, height

2200 mm on three sides of the shaft. Power supply: 230 V or 400 V – 50 Hz.

A revolving light turns at every movement of the flap door. The flap door is pre-assembled and tested in our factory.

Simple and robust construction:

no special maintenance required.

The operator hoists the load above the access level and pushes the button in order to

close the flap door. Once the flap door closed, he can deposit and unhook the charges. In

order to open the flap door, the operator re-pushes the button and puts in gear the movement of the flap door.
