TRUMPF launches the new TruLaser Tube 3000 fiber
New TRUMPF machine for beginners in laser tube processing or as a complement to the machine park.
TRUMPF launches a new laser tube cutting machine: the TruLaser Tube 3000 fiber. Cost-effective even with low to medium workloads, it is suitable both for companies that are just starting out in technology and for those who want to expand their production capacity.
Getting started with tube processing
The machine processes profiles, round tubes and special L- and U-shaped profiles. The solid-state laser cuts structural and stainless steel, aluminium and non-ferrous metals. It processes tubes with a diameter of up to 152 millimetres and profiles with an outer circuit diameter of up to 170 millimetres. The self-centering clamping technology adjusts to the dimensions of the tubes. The machine also enables reliable cutting of inferior material and identifies welding seams and marks.
Safe and precise workpiece handling
The TruLaser Tube 3000 fiber cuts tubes with a weight of up to 18.5 kg/m and material thicknesses of up to 8 mm. It is available with a loading length of 6.5 or 8 meters. Thanks to the optional LoadMaster automation system, even large series can be produced on the machine. For optimal part quality, the pass rollers hold the tubes and guide them to the processing station. The machine ejects the finished parts to a shelf.
Important components always within reach
The machine's radiation protection is designed so that the operator can easily reach the loading and unloading side. He can easily load the machine with individual tubes and process smaller orders in between.
Fit for the Smart Factory
Users can make changes to the production plan or observe them through the application. This allows the operator to monitor the machine during the entire machining process. A secure data interface allows the machine to be connected to systems or applications in the cloud.
