Time is Cash: the “quick openers” from TSUBAKI KABELSCHLEPP – Cable carriers for fast and easy cable laying

The EASYTRAX and QUICKTRAX series use an intelligent two-component technology. The two component technology combines two seemingly incompatible features: stability and flexibility. The EASYTRAX and QUICKTRAX cable carriers meet these requirements through innovative design and the material combination of hard carrier bodies made from fiber-glass reinforced material with lamella crossbars or film hinges made from special plastic. The EASYTRAX series features flexible lamella crossbars into which the cables simply snap in. A very high filling capacity can be achieved as the crossbars swivel to the side and not into the cable space. The QUICKTRAX series on the other hand features flexible crossbars with film hinges. These also allow fast opening and installation of cables and hoses with full usage of the interior space. The crossbars remain fixed to the chain link even when open. Both series are available as designs with inward or outward opening crossbars. As part of the BASIC-LINE/BASIC-LINE PLUS, the cable carriers from the EASYTRAX and QUICKTRAX series are made completely of plastic and are a cost-efficient solution for standard applications.

The UNIFLEX Advanced series also has a quick opening function: the crossbars connecting the two side bands have a ball joint mechanism. This ensures fast cable laying and also makes the cable carrier particularly stable in the closed state. The crossbars can be opened outwards or inwards. In the opened state the crossbar remains on the chain link whereby it can also be fully loosened by unscrewing. This low noise, solid plastic cable carrier is lightweight and at the same time very robust. Reinforced wear areas on the outside additionally ensure a very long service life for applications laying on their side.
