Uniphos Strengthens Its Gas Detection Portfolio with New Detector Tube Developments

Uniphos Envirotronic Pvt. Ltd. continues to advance its gas detection capabilities through continuous product development, customer-focused innovation, and active engagement with global industry platforms.
In June 2026, Uniphos participated in Posidonia 2026 in Athens, Greece, one of the leading international platforms for the maritime, shipping, offshore, port operations, and allied safety sectors. The event provided an important opportunity to engage with global stakeholders and present gas detection solutions relevant to demanding marine and offshore environments, including confined space safety, hazardous gas monitoring, and operational risk prevention.
Alongside this international engagement, Uniphos also expanded its detector tube portfolio with the development of nine new gas detector tubes. These additions include tubes for gases such as carbon dioxide, ammonia, hydrogen sulphide, ethylene, diethyl ether, and mercaptans, covering a wide range of industrial monitoring applications.
In addition to new tube development, Uniphos introduced range extensions in selected existing detector tubes to improve measurement flexibility and application coverage. These developments reflect the company’s continued focus on understanding practical site requirements and converting customer needs into reliable, application-ready gas detection solutions.
