The pump impresses with its maintenance-free technology with no wear parts and delivers a pumping speed of 10 m3/h. VACUU·PURE 10 is the ideal solution for processes in which particle- and hydrocarbon-free vacuum down to 10-3 mbar is required. This lets the vacuum pump cover many application areas in the fields of analytics, fore vacuum for turbomolecular pumps, and the regeneration of cryo pumps. It also enables processes such as vacuum drying, freeze drying, heat treatment, degassing, and coating. The new innovative technology delivers clean vacuum and contamination-free exhaust air in the entire vacuum range from atmospheric pressure down to 10-3 mbar. As there are no wear parts to replace and tiresome oil changes are not necessary, uninterrupted operation with very long service life is possible.

Clean processes and sustainability:

The VACUU·PURE pump is a significant advancement of dry screw pump technology. VACUU∙PURE’s special design features two cantilevered spindles and a magnetic gear which is completely oil-free. This allows clean, hydrocarbon-free processes and pure products without contamination in the entire vacuum range down to 10-3 mbar. This also contributes to the protection of the laboratory and the environment, as oil emissions and waste oil disposal are eliminated. The spindles run contact-free, eliminating wear and abrasion. There is no particle generation through abrasion that contaminates the vacuum or exhaust air. A further advantage is that no regular maintenance is required and that the vacuum process is not affected by wear and tear on the pump.

Greater efficiency:

Uniquely among fine vacuum pumps, VACUU∙PURE pumps can also be used continuously at higher vacuum pressures. This makes it possible, for example, to evacuate larger systems from atmospheric pressure down to the 10-3 mbar vacuum range without changing the vacuum pump. VACUU∙PURE pumps are also ideal for drying processes, where both primary and residual drying can be performed with a single pump technology. Another factor contributing to the efficiency is the extraordinary condensate tolerance, even with high chemical vapor generation. This means that a gas ballast is unnecessary. The disadvantages associated with the use of a gas ballast, such as reduced pumping speed and increased noise levels, are eliminated. An integrated regeneration mode also allows the vacuum pump to dry quickly after the end of the process.

Product variant for aggressive media:

For working with aggressive media, VACUUBRAND has introduced the model VACUU·PURE® 10C pump. It is the chemically resistant alternative for the vacuum range down to 10-3 mbar. This version of the new pump technology is also oil- and abrasion-free and has no wear parts. It is suitable for working with aggressive gases or vapors.
