As a result of constant efforts in research and development, Valco Melton has recently launched the vmGenesis® electric gluing module, the first of its kind with one year guarantee. With a life expectancy of over 2 billion cycles, this new generation of applicators has been designed to efficiently work longer than any other industry alternatives.
vmGenesis® electric applicators have been specially designed to work with the high viscosity adhesives typically present in the hygiene disposable product manufacturing processes.
vmGenesis® applicators feature a modular design and a high-efficiency air heater, independently controlled for a better process adjustment. Their angled manifold design helps reduce the air turbulence caused by high-speed moving webs thus improving the adhesive pattern stability.
