Pile capacity of the car crusher : Completely depolluated normal cars (meaning without wheels, motor and gear box) : 5 to 6 in a pile. Cars with engine still in : ± 4 cars in a pile if they are placed on top of each other alternatively with the engine side left and right. Cycle time for 1 car : ± 60 seconds.

The shuttle collects the container at the position where it is filled, and transfers the container to the final baler. Some shuttles have 2 positions, one for an empty and one for a full container. So after loading a full container on the shuttle, the empty container is inserted at the filling position.
