Venair at Interphex 2021

Venair recently presented at Interphex 2021 its new updated tubing, single use assemblies and hose products

During October 19-21 the Interphex international trade fair was held in New York, an event that stands out for the massive participation of the best companies in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sector.

The Venair exhibition showcased the new range of high purity tubing and single-use assemblies, always manufactured in state-of-the-art ISO7/Class 10,000 clean rooms. Led by its Senior Vice President, Michael Allard, the Venair delegation had the opportunity to meet the visitors and introduce their new products such as single-use fluid transfer kits available with sterility assurance. The Venair team also revealed its extensive validation portfolio supporting the tubing products including extraction testing to the Biophorum Operations Group (BPOG) and United States Pharmacopeia (USP) chapter 65 protocols.

Interphex also provided the opportunity for Venair to introduce new fluid transfer hose products developed by the Venair Research and Development team. Vena® Flexip is especially recommended for the transport of liquid or semi-liquid pharmaceutical industry due to its good resistance to acids, CIP solutions, and glycols. Vena® Flexpure is a smooth bore PTFE lined hose with superior flexibility for demanding pharmaceutical applications where chemical resistance and hose flexibility are needed.

Venair revealed an additional expansion of its production facilities in Terrassa Spain, dedicated exclusively to the development of its Biotech products. The new state-of-the-art facility will be operational in 2022, in addition to many more current and upcoming investments in our global sales, warehousing, and distribution capabilities.
