The Vertical operating test unit 'VCB' : a heavy constructed clamping system

The VCB series by Ventil Test Equipment BV is a vertical test bench which is designed for shut-off valve. For this specific model, it comes with a heavy structure that makes it quick and easy for positioning and clamping. It can be used in a valve repair shop for smaller series of testing application. Plus, it comes with a sealing adapters designed for DIN/ANSI RF flanges . Also, it uses inner seal adapters designed for valve having socket weld ends. The whole assembly comprises of a clamping on the inlet flange. The clamping its done to keep the outlet fully open for visual inspection and locating the current condition of the unit. It is clamped within tables of both body and seat testing.
