Driving Quality Assurance Forward: VICIVISION at Control 2025

Discover the new Techno machine configuration with combined touch probe and confocal sensor.

The annual Control Exhibition is about to start, and VICIVISION will be there to present the new 2025 innovations at this premier international event dedicated to quality assurance and metrology technology. As a benchmark event in the global quality assurance field, Control brings together professionals and cutting-edge technologies from around the world, aimed at addressing industry challenges, driving technological innovation, and shaping the future of metrology.

Staying true to our commitment to providing an engaging and valuable experience for our visitors, VICIVISION approaches this year's exhibition with some interesting news.

The biggest novelty that we will showcase this year will be the possibility of combining confocal and touch probe in one single machine, for the Techno Series.

What is the advantage of this configuration?

This powerful combo allows for dual non-contact and tactile measurement capabilities to meet a wide range of complex measurement demands.

The Confocal System can perform fast, accurate, non-contact measurements of complex surfaces and hard-to-reach areas for splined shafts, while the Touch Probe supports shaped-defect measurements needs such as axial run-out, flatness, perpendicularity, and keyway dimensions.

What is the result?

Efficiency, precision and seamless integration by providing multiple measurement modes within a single device, enhancing efficiency and reliability which optimizes production workflows.

Through the strong combination of non-contact and contact measurement technologies, the Techno Series redefines the possibilities of precision measurement. Its multifunctional design not only enhances production efficiency but also significantly optimizes quality control processes, making it an indispensable tool in modern industrial environments striving for excellence.

Below is a preview of the models and highlights you can expect to see at our booth:

- Techno Series 914 with Confocal sensor and Touch Probe: Techno 914 integrates advanced confocal system with contact probe technology in a single machine, setting a new standard for precision measurement. This powerful combination allows for dual non-contact and tactile measurement capabilities to meet a wide range of complex measurement demands.

- Techno Series 609 with Confocal sensor: the Techno Series now supports confocal functionality even on smaller-range equipment, enabling compact machines to achieve the same measurement capabilities as larger equipment. This upgrade enables precise and reliable measurements that were previously challenging to achieve in compact setups.

- Prima 909: the Prima Series has been further upgraded with a significant increase in measurement range (900 x 90 mm), providing users with a broader range of applications and greater possibilities, in order to meet the requirements for measuring higher workpieces, adapting to more industrial applications. This update makes the Prima Series not only more powerful in performance but also brings greater flexibility and adaptability, making it the ideal choice for measuring large components.

- X5 from X Series: the X5 is a clear-cut solution for dental implantology, biomedical technology, watch-making industry and micromechanics applications. This machine allows you to inspect the external profiles of extremely small parts with precision, leveraging a measuring field of up to 16 x 100 mm.

We look forward to meeting you at Control 2025 to discuss how innovative technologies can drive industry development and advance the future of precision measurement!

See you from 6 to 9 May 2025 at Hall 5, Stand 5402 | Messe Stuttgart, Germany.
