Filter Units

VFG series vacuums adopt two-stage filtering units. The first stage will be the Star shape polyester needle felt filter bag which can filter the dust particle size of 3.0μm with filter fineness up to 99%; provided that the filter bag coated with a PTFE film, then its filter fineness could be up to 99% for the dust particle size of 1.0μm. The secondary stage is the cartridge filter with polyester fiber material which imported from Japan “TORAY”company. This cartridge filter coated with PTFE film can ensure the filter fineness up to 99% for dust particle size of 0.3μm. This kind of cartridge filter can effectively clean the PM2.5.

VFG Series Electric Control Design

The design of the electric control board has combined with the technology of silk-screen which has made the board looks more beautiful.

VFG series are equipped with the digital display pressure switch that can remind the user of cleaning the machine.

VFG series use the four-core socket and four-core plug that can be well matched with the floor grinder .
