2. Structural composition

The vacuum unit consist of upper barrel,turbine motor,manual dust cleaning device,filter cartridge unit,bag collection unit,etc.

2.1 Machine structure

The main metal plate adopts 2mm thickness SPCC to guarantee the structure strength,laser board cutting which can make sure the exact dimension and the nice appearance of the machine.In order to improve the appearance and make it solid and durable,we use the high temperature surface paint treatment .

The dual cyclone separator installed in the upper barrel,the dust will enter into the separator from the suction inlet,and filtering the bigger dust particle first,it can ease the burden of the filter cartridge at backside.

2.2 Turbine motor

The motor adopts international advanced precision casting of aluminum alloy technology,wide voltage and dual frequency, IP54 protection level, F grade insulation, 24 hours working continually, powerful suction.

The Electrical component we used is from Schneider brand which has the function of phase loss, thermal overload and phase sequence protection.

Be adopted with “Toray” polyester material imported from Japan. The surface is PTFE finished. Filter precision degree can be 99% for

0.3μm dust. After PTFE finishing, the surface will be very smooth, so the dust and few water will not be easy to be absorbed on the surface.

Vertical mounted filter cartridge which can avoid dust accumulation and save the the space. The filter area is 2.5m2

2.6 Dust collection unit and separation operation

Unique continuous bagging structure makes installing and removal very convenient. The disposal bags are folded to tubular shape and can be pulled continuously. When a bag collects enough dust, customer will pull the bag down, close and tie the bag, and then remove a heavy full bag of dust. The poly bags can be used for 25times continuously. It is very economical,practical and convenient to remove the dust.

For floor grinding industry, the working area is very wide, and dust is very fine but heavy. It is very suitable for selecting such model for applying to this field. The full set of the Longopac® can be used for approx. 25times. It can save the working time and production cost very effectively.
