Product introduction

VXDL series industrial dust collector is a manual pulse jet cleaning type dust collector ，it is suitable for collecting dust in mixing (stirring) operation, cutting, packing, grinding, sand blasting, organic glass processing, vibration screen, air transportation industries, etc.

Main parts instructions：

1.1 Motor

Siemens brand, level of protection reaches IP55 in IEC60034-5 standard.

1.2 Blower blade

The blower blade (material can be selected according to different working condition) , while ensure a reasonable air flow, it also ensures safe operation of the machine.

1.3 Pulse jet control system

Pneumatic pulse valve, dual diaphragm structure, control of sensitive, high efficiency, continuous blowing of 1million times or more than 3years.

90° spiral nozzle can save the compressed air energy up to 25%. This nozzle is adopted with one-piece design without internal component which can be not blocked permanently. The streamlined design of nozzle chamber from the inlet to the outlet makes the drag coefficient to be reduced to minimum, thereby, it will increase the air flow of spray. Angle range of the jet nozzle can be 50°-170°, the discharged air can cover all range of the cartridge.

1.4 Filter cartridge

Vertically installed filter cartridge, which adopts imported “Toray” PTFE material. It can filter dust mixed with some oil. Cylindrical pleated cartridge design increases the filtration area. PTFE finished makes the filtration efficiency of 0.3µm dust be up to 99%.

1.5 Trundle

Adopts domestic brand universal brake wheels, very flexible, convenient and durable. While depress the brake, the turntable and wheels will stop simultaneously, and also stop the machine in time to avoid a collision with other objects.

1.6 Pressure difference transmitter

French “KIMO” PST-13 pressure difference transmitter can display pressure difference, positive and negative values and also can output a differential pressure switch and alarm signals. Installing the PST pressure difference transmitter can accurately know the pressure inside and outside of the cartridge. When it signals alarm, with air control pulse valve, user can manually control pulse cleaning time and space efficiently, so as to achieve a better dust cleaning efficiency.
