Application

Supporting the extrusion molding machine form dust removal, supporting the diffuser plate forming machine, be applied to the powder feeding operations, grinding working condition, cutting working area and other working condition with a very large amount of dust.

Specialty

1.Turbulence flow guide device

Being installed a spoiler next to the inlet sets diversion, dustretention and air uniforming these three functions in one, and make larger dust particles, entering the filter, to fall into the ash bucket directly, to achieve pre-dedusting. It is no need to add a prepositive cyclone device or other spark arrestor. So, this turbulence flow guide device can save cost for the whole machine and also can decrease the air speed of reach the surface of the cartridge filter and improve filtration efficiency.

2. Star-type automatic discharge valve

For the working condition which has a large amount of dust and requires continuous working dust collector, this model has been equipped with star-type automatic discharge valve which is smooth and reliable, unloading evenly, small volume, good sealing performance, easy to maintain, and durable. Also, we add a vibrating dust motor on the funnel to prevent dust retention.
