Amongst others, ViscoTec is a specialist in manufacturing emptying, dosing and filling systems for the food and cosmetics sector. Particularly for high viscosity products – and thereby complex products when it comes to processing – the ViscoTec lines are perfectly suited for and they can be treated smoothly. Fluids and pastes, like Mascara or Vaseline, are removed carefully from barrels by emptying units before they are forwarded to ViscoTec dispensers, from where they can be dosed and filled precisely. The adjustable suck back of the dispenser guarantees a dosing without dripping or stringing.

Perfect emptying and dosing results are based on easy handling, in combination with a hygienic design. Barrels can be emptied almost completely (less than 1% residual material in the barrel) and fillings offer a high repeatability with less than 1% deviation.

ViscoTec systems have proved their worth: They are deployed successfully for cosmetics like cream, peelings, pastes, mascara, vaseline, shampoo, gels and much more. To this effect small volumes (like samples) can be dosed precisely and filled reliable.
