The TK20 is the logical evolution of the proven WEH® technology and sets a new benchmark for modern refueling systems: robust,
intuitive, and uncompromisingly designed to meet the highest demands.
What makes the TK20 H2 special?
The new WEH® TK20 H2 filling nozzles enable even higher flow rates for shorter refueling times and are equipped with optimized WEH® collet couplings coded for pressure level and gas type, reliably preventing misfuelling. An integrated nitrogen purge line protects the system from icing even during refueling with pre-cooled hydrogen and ensures smooth operation. The sealing concept has been demonstrably improved, providing secure sealing across the entire operating pressure range – from low pressure to high pressure. Additionally, the TK20 has been developed and tested based on the maximum operating pressures according to the current standards. Another advantage: it can be easily integrated into existing TK17 H2 holders – plug & play with no modifications required.
Equipped for all applications
The TK20 H2 is available in versions for H70, H35, and H35 Medium-Flow, each optionally with or without a data interface. This allows it to cover all currently tandardized pressure levels according to ISO 17268-1:2025, providing operators with maximum future-proofing. Thanks to its ergonomic one-hand operation, the WEH® EASY-TURN rotary joint, and robust construction, the TK20 H2 is designed for intensive, continuous use at public refueling stations while providing the familiar comfortable and safe handling.
