Bimetal thermometers qualified according to both ASME and EN
WIKA has further developed its standard bimetalms thermometers for global use in the process industry. Type TG53 complies with the ASME B40.200 standard and is manufactured in the customs unit.
Type TG54 was qualified in accordance with the EN 13190 standard.
The new thermometers are geared towards operational flexibility. Customers have a wide range of nominal sizes and display areas (between-70 ° C/-94°F and + 600 ° C/+1100°F). The devices have a high overtemperature strength and are certified for low ambient temperatures as low as-50 ° C/-60 ° F. With ATEX approval, IP65 protection type (optional to IP68) and liquid damping versions, they are also suitable for harsh environmental conditions.
Both thermometer types are made entirely of stainless steel. The devices are available in a connection position on the back, at the bottom and on the back, rotating and swiveling. The case has an embossed dial with anti-parallax that makes it easier to read.
