W&H Sells 300th MIRAFLEX

In the first quarter of 2014, German machine manufacturer, Windmöller & Hölscher sold its 300th MIRAFLEX press to U.S. customer Multifilm Packaging.

Multifilm manufactures flexible packaging for the food, beverage and confectionery markets and employs 60 people. The new 10-color MIRAFLEX CM will be added to the company''s two other W&H presses, including a MIRAFLEX AM 8 and an 8-color PRIMAFLEX.

Marcus Magnusson, Multifilm''s director of sales and marketing said, “We''re experiencing continued growth in several markets, which has made additional printing capacity necessary to serve our customers. Given our experience with W&H and success running jobs on our existing PRIMAFLEX and MIRAFLEX presses, we felt confident that adding another Windmöller & Hölscher CI-press was the right step to take.“
