Winmate Unveils 10.1” Rugged Tablet M101P for Industrial Applications
Versatile thin and light rugged tablet with high-resolution sunlight readable display built for harsh environments
Winmate Inc., a global leader in developing rugged computing solutions for industries operating in some of the most challenging environments, has announced the release of a brand new 10.1-inch rugged tablet the M101P designed for harsh environments.
The M101P is a Windows-based tablet computer in a rugged form-factor that offers reliability, powerful performance and lightweight portability to professionals operating in challenging field environments every day. The M101P redefine rugged enterprise mobility thanks to the powerful CPU, rugged enclosure, the latest mobility solutions and the brilliant 10.1” widescreen display in a lightweight form factor. Every inch and detail of the M101P rugged tablet is engineered to optimize the efficiency of smart warehouse and logistics, field service, public safety, and various transportation or industrial applications.
The processing power comes from Intel® Pentium® N4200 processor paired with genuine Intel’s graphics for high performance. The standard configuration features 4 GB LPDDR4 of system memory, up to 8 GB, and 128 GB solid state drive (SSD), up to 512 GB with additional storage available with micro SDXC card slot. The M101P supports Windows 10 IoT Enterprise operating system.
The tablet features a crystal clear 10.1-inch IPS display with LED backlight, optical bonding, and anti-glare solution, which is sunlight readable for both indoor and outdoor applications, and offers a 1920 x 1200 pixel resolution. The tablet is also equipped with ambient light sensor, e-compass, gyro, acceleration sensors, and supports automatic screen rotation.
For wireless connectivity, the M101P comes with built-in Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS and GLONASS. The 3G or 4G/ LTE are available by request. The tablet also features 8-megapixel rear camera with auto-focus and LED light and 2-megapixel webcam with built-in dual digital microphone and noise cancellation for conference and video calls. Additional options such as built-in barcode reader and HF RFID reader are available for excessive data collection applications.
