As one of the clean energy sources, wind power generation has been widely adopted by energy companies, however, in recent years, the collapse of wind power turbines has occurred frequently, these serious accidents resulted in huge emergency losses. This triggered an urgent need for related companies to monitor the structure of wind power plants.

Here comes our solutions. The ultra-high precision BWS5700, which developed and produced by BWSENSING has already begun to play a key role in this field. In a pilot project of GOLDWIND, dozens of BWS5700 were installed inside of large wind turbines.

During the installation process, we used NdFeB magnets to fix the L shape mounting plate tightly, no need to drill holes in the wind turbine or use any screws and nuts.

As the formulation unit of China's national standards for MEMS tilt sensor, we are willing to share the solutions to more wind turbines monitoring projects to prevent various risks in advance and protect your valuable wind power plant assets.
