Danikor Disc Screw Feeder for Micro-Screws

Disc Screw Feeder, Micro-Screws Feeding, bolt feeder

In 3C electronics assembly, huge numbers of micro-screws (M0.5–M2) are used. Their tiny size makes traditional manual picking slow, prone to dropping screws into the product or losing them altogether. Common vibratory bowl feeders often jam, wasting cycle time and reducing throughput.

Danikor’s rotary-disk (water-wheel) automatic feeder solves these problems:

Vacuum pick-up principle – repeatable to ±0.075 mm for accurate screw capture

Zero-jam architecture – no screws stick or clog, eliminating unplanned stops and maintenance

High speed – continuous rotary indexing delivers screws faster than vibratory bowls

Compact – vacuum module is separated from the main body, saving valuable machine-space and allowing flexible mounting

While picking, the integrated vacuum circuit removes dust from the screw surface and protects the vacuum valve with a filter, improving joint reliability. Optional features include empty-bowl detection, intelligent fault alarms, and length checking to prevent mixed-size screws.

With these features, the Danikor disc feeder gives 3C manufacturers stable, maintenance-free micro-screw supply for high-speed automated assembly.
