XEBEC Technology Co., Ltd. offer an innovative CNC hole deburring solution called “XEBEC Back Burr Cutter and Path”.
This solution consists of a tool path program customized for each customer and a spherical cutter specially developed for deburring. With the tool path program, the Cutter precisely goes along the edge of drilled holes, making this solution ideal for deburring on the back side of holes after drilling.

Timesaving
Deburring with conventional deburring tools requires tools in different sizes depending on the hole size and combination of holes. However, with the machining program, one size of the XEBEC Back Burr Cutter can be applied to various hole sizes and combination of holes. It saves time for changing tools.
Applicable to various holes
The program is applicable to a wide range of the hole shapes and combination of holes. It is applicable to deburring on angled holes, broken holes, slotted holes and orthogonal cross holes.
