High grinding power
A general nylon brush contains abrasive grains, approximately 20% in the bristle. XEBEC Brush contains ceramic fibers, 80% of the bristle. The ceramic fiber is abrasive, and with its higher content ratio of abrasive substance, XEBEC Brush has higher grinding power than a nylon brush.
Consistent cutting performance
Abrasive grains on a general nylon brush can come off the brush after repeated use. However, since the bristle of XEBEC Brush is made of abrasive ceramic fibers entirely, the cutting performance remains the same even after using it many times. Also, as you use the brush, new cutting edge is always exposed at the tip of the bristle.
No deformation
General nylon brushes and metal brushes can deform after using them many times. However, XEBEC Brush hardly deforms thanks to the ceramic fiber material even after repeated use.
