Application of power amplifier in research of flexible piezoelectric ultrasonic transducer

Content of experiment:

Under the condition that the circuit parameters of the system are determined, the grounding condition of the four metal plates is changed to observe the change of the output performance of the system, namely:

1. The relationship between the output load voltage and load resistance value under different grounding modes.

2. The relationship between the output voltage of the load and the capacitance of the ungrounded metal plate to the ground under certain grounding mode.

Purpose of experiment:verify the correctness of theoretical analysis and simulation results

Test equipment:signal generator Agilent 33220A,power amplifier Aigtek ATA-122D,4pcs of 300mm*300mm aluminium plates,several resistors(0.5kR/1kR/2kR)

Experimental process:

As shown in the figure above, the experimental platform of capacitive coupling radio energy transmission system includes a signal generator 33220A, which is used to generate high frequency signal source. A wideband power amplifier, Aigtek ATA-122D, is used to amplify the output signal of the signal generator. Two pairs of 300mm*30mm aluminum plates and several resistors (0.5kr,1kR,2kR).

The vertical distance between aluminum plates 1 and 3 is 10mm, and the horizontal distance between aluminum plates 1 and 2 is 100mm. In the experiment, aluminum plates 1 and 2 are connected to the output of the power amplifier, and aluminum plates 3 and 4 are connected to the resistor. The voltage between aluminum plates 1 and 2 is set as 20Vrms@1MHz. In order to avoid any metal plate grounding directly through the measuring equipment, the signal generator and power amplifier are powered by an isolation transformer, the oscilloscope used in the experiment process is a handheld oscilloscope Keysight U1620A, when the experiment needs, the metal plate connected to the ground by a wire , the ground wire originates from the ground in the socket.
