The materials in the upstream industry of the fluorine chemical industry are mostly toxic and harmful major hazards, and the related tank farms also state hazardous. The factory originally used external stick-type instruments from other manufacturers as the second measurement instrument for technical transformation. After improvement:

ELL Sonar Non-contact Level Transmitter is an isolated (completely non-contact) level instrument. Installation of the transmitter outside the tank is simple and fast, without drilling on tanks, stopping production, or operating with flame, which not only reduces personnel workload but also reduces transformation costs. During operation, the working curve of the instrument was compared with the original guided wave radar liquid level curve on the container, and the trend was basically consistent.

As shown in the figure, the three different colored curves reflect the real-time changes in the liquid level in the container measured by the three instruments. During the measurement period from 26th to 29th, the blue liquid level curve (DHE) and yellow liquid level curve (radar) showed almost the same trend of liquid level change, indicating that the instrument level measurement was stable; The orange liquid level curve (other external measurement products) showed significant fluctuations in the liquid level trend, and when measuring liquid levels above 7 meters, there was a signal loss situation, resulting in unstable liquid level measurement.

After that, the customer decided to purchase ELL non-contact level transmitter in large quantities. So far, our products have been operating stably on-site for nearly two years.
