The T-LSM-SV1 Series devices are low vacuum stages that offer compact size and ease of operation. At only 21 mm high, these miniature vacuum stages are suitable for applications that require a low profile. These stages are capable of speeds up to 16 mm/s and loads up to 10 kg, and they can be used with our T-JOY3 joystick controller for manual control. High vacuum versions (T-LSM-SV2) are also available.
