Vapor Recovery Solution / Green Guard DT-VR26M1/VR26M2
Both are applicable to stations already equipped with or without Stage I and Stage II vapor recovery systems.
DT-VR26M1 vs. DT-VR26M2: Differences and Similarities
Similarities:
Both types can operate automatically in the daily operation of a gas station via two modes: Pressure-Auto or Pressure & Scheduled, to automatically monitor tank pressure. Both apply to stations already equipped with or without Stage I and Stage II vapor recovery systems.
Differences:
DT-VR26M2, by adding piping and control logic along with a button on the equipment panel, offers an additional function. For stations not equipped with vapor recovery Stage I, it can be adapted through piping modification. During the tank truck unloading process, the vapor line can be connected (from the Underground Storage Tank → Green Guard → Tank Truck), allowing vapors to pass through the condensation unit. This condenses more fuel back into the tank, increasing the economic benefits for the gas station.
