The SPT800 dual-shaft shredder is a highly efficient crushing equipment specially developed for the solid waste treatment and resource recycling fields. It is mainly suitable for the recycling and processing of various materials such as electronic waste, scrap metals, plastics, and server hard disks, as well as data destruction scenarios, and is highly practical. The equipment is equipped with a heavy-duty dual-shaft shredding system, paired with a planetary gearbox drive, providing strong and stable output torque. It is also equipped with a PLC intelligent control system to precisely control the entire operation process, effectively avoiding common problems such as material jamming and overload, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the equipment.
The shredding box of this machine has a size of 800mm, a feeding width of 700mm, and a processing capacity of 500-1000kg per hour. The output particle size can be customized to 40-50mm, flexibly meeting different subsequent processing requirements. The cutting tool is forged from high-strength alloy steel. The blade thickness can be selected as 30mm, 40mm or customized as required. It is processed by a special heat treatment process, featuring excellent wear resistance and impact resistance. Moreover, it adopts a modular design, which is convenient for disassembly and replacement, significantly reducing equipment maintenance costs and downtime losses.
The body of the equipment is formed by integral welding of thickened steel plates, with a stable and durable structure. The fully sealed design can effectively block dust and noise, fully meeting the environmental protection operation standards. The whole machine is compact in size and easy to operate.
