Gator SPB100T Metal Scrap Briquetting Machine for Building Material Shops Manufacturing Plant

The SPB100T high-efficiency metal scrap hydraulic briquetting machine is used for pressing various metal chips such as iron, steel, copper and aluminum into shape. The equipment adopts a hydraulic pressure of 100 tons, with a main motor power of 7.5kW/380V, and a single block pressing cycle of 25 to 30 seconds. The specifications of the finished briquettes are D75×H50-70mm, and the weight of each block is 1.27kg for steel, 1.53kg for copper, and 0.5kg for aluminum.

The equipment has a stable processing capacity per hour: 120kg for steel, 150kg for copper, and 90kg for aluminum. Equipped with a 220L discharge bin and a 360L hydraulic oil tank, the overall dimensions of the machine are L2155×W1410×H1950mm, and its self-weight is 3000kg.

This machine can press loose metal shavings into high-density solid blocks, significantly reducing the volume of waste materials and saving storage and transportation costs. The briquettes can be directly put into the furnace for smelting, reducing the loss during smelting. The equipment is equipped with a PLC touch screen control system, which is easy to operate and can work continuously and stably. It is widely used in machining workshops and metal recycling plants to achieve efficient resource recovery of metal waste.
