WEIYE S36 type designed and finished by WEIYE SAWS, suits smart cutting metallic materials with high cutting efficiency, according to the test, mild steel tube cutting efficiency improved about three times compared to general band saw with the same cutting capacity 360mm of outer diameter, its features shown as follows:

Features:

Large round main column, finely ground with hardened surface. Support column adopts linear guide, stable performance.

Main drive adopts gear reducer, belt pulley and inverter. Optional helical gear reducer.

Hydraulic band tension device.

Carbide pads and roller bearings to the band guides.

Hydraulic material feeding with stroke 455mm, adopts linear scale for measurement with high precision.

Hydraulic vise set. Optional top vise set.

Hydraulic lowering of saw frame regulated by the servo driven speed control valve, enabled variable feed rate tailored to the part to be cut, as a result, the cost of saw blade saved to some extent.

Blade speed chosen from the belt pulley, adjusted from the inverter, data value set up from the touch screen.

Adopts PLC, HMI touch screen, servo motor and driver to ensure fully automatic cutting process, with easy and friendly interface. It provides extra run-in mode for new saw blade application, integrated cutting data chart basis on actual cutting practice, helpful for cutting efficiency enhancement.

Adopts memory for 20 groups of cutting data processing at most.

Rollers adopts small spacing, suitable for short size processing, safety operation

Quick approach rod ensures saw frame automatic shifting from fast down to down feed mode
