Two choices for automatic mode, single cycle and continuous cycle

Shift from either automatic mode to manual mode, and vice versa

Automatic working procedure:machine origin started, rear vice closing,material feeding, rear vice opening, front vice closing, saw frame lowering to the material ,blade motor started,cutting, saw frame lowering speed adjusting, cutting piece finished, blade motor stop, and saw frame stops at the preset lower limit position, then reverted to the preset upper litmit position, front vice opening for the next cutting piece.

Automatically shift from “frame fast down” to “down” feed mode, while the block approached by the saw blade, cutting efficiency improved

adopts chip auger and wire brush for chip removal

Safety protection device:Safety cover check device enables cover of saw wheels opened shut off;Band check device enables breakage found shut off
