How to debug the solvent recovery machine ?

About the solvent recovery machine, we think everyone is familiar with it. But do you know that how to debug it ? now, let us tell you something about it:

1．Check whether the steam lines for blockages or leaks;

Method：turn off the main power switch, loosen the locking the handle of the barrel lid, and then open the lid of barrel and blow 0.2Bar of compressed air into the barrel from the solvent outlet outside the barrel; confirm that the air can be blown out smoothly from the solvent outlet tube outside the barrel.

2．Whether the lid gasket of barrel is sealed and leak-free;

Method: blow 0.2Bar of compressed air into the barrel from the solvent outlet outside the barrel; apply soapy water to the edge of the barrel lid; if there are continuous and uniform snow bubbles and the bubbles do not break, it mean the seal is good, otherwise there is leakage.

3．Turn on to check

Method: check to confirm that the fan whether is running normally and the heater whether is heating normally.

4．Preliminarily set the machine according to the boiling point and characteristics of the solvent to be recovered.
