Indian composite insulator manufacturers now begin to use production and testing machines from China for their production line, as Chinese machines from well-known factory "Zibo Qianheng Automation" has become their preferred option due to better stability, convenience, and more competitive price. The rod sanding machine is used to sand fiber glass rod of insulator to make the surface rough and to better attach polymer housing, which is an key factor of insulator’s quality. This machine provides high efficiency in production with high speed up to 15 meter per minute, high adaptability of rod diameter from 8 to 60mm and low maintenance cost.
