The single-shaft shredder from utmach uses the interaction between the rotate blades and the fixed knife, controls the output size through the screen to shred, shear, and squeeze the material. It can shred the bulk material into a smaller particle size. It is often used for the fine crushing of various solid wastes. It can crush the materials to a smaller particle size at one time, is widely used in the fields of resource regeneration, household garbage and garbage volume reduction. It has the characteristics of small discharge particle size, replaceable screen, wide material applicability and high efficiency.

Working principle:

The motor drives the knife shaft through the reducer to drive the moving knife to quickly rotate. The material entering the crushing chamber is pushed to the edge of the moving knife and the fixed knife by the feeder. The knife on the moving knife disk cooperates with the fixed knife to cut the material. Tear to crush, the material reaching the discharge size falls from the screen mesh to achieve the purpose of crushing and the unqualified material is brought back to the crushing area by the blade to continue crushing. The size of the knife, the distance between the knife and the fixed knife and the size of the screen mesh will affect the output size. The output size is designed according to customer requirements and the screen can be replaced to adjust the output size.
