The new series of grippers will thoroughly turn the premium segment on its head. Even in the standard version, these parallel and centric grippers provide equipment that either cannot be obtained from other suppliers or are available only at high surcharges.

The grippers are equipped with extremely rugged, DLC-coated, steel-in-steel precision V-ways, which offer the best values for load capacity, bending stiffness and wear resistance. These premium grippers withstand at least 30 million cycles without maintenance and, thanks to a double seal, have a leakproofness of IP 64 even in the series version. With a protector its protection class rises to IP 67, which enables its use even in machining centers and grinding applications.

Drive options include electric as well as pneumatic, which essentially have the same dimensions, performance data and cycle times. They are entirely interchangeable, but also fit in the drilling template for the premium products of other manufacturers, so that switching is no problem.

In addition, a strikingly simple operating concept ensures that the electric grippers are just as easy to operate as their pneumatic counterparts. You can set the gripping force and dynamics with the buttons on the housing, and a single standard cable is all you need to connect it.
