PROFILEMASTER® SPS
• Technology: High-speed dimension monitoring using 2D laser triangulation and light section technology, with integrated surface fault detection.
• Performance: Measuring frequencies of 1kHz and 2 kHz; measuring dimension from
5 mm up to 720 mm (rounds) and 510 mm (squares)
• Applications: Ideal for rebar, large metal profiles, squares, special shapes (e.g. rail bars), and multistrand products.
• Benefit: Improves production efficiency, detects surface defects early, reduces scrap, improves product end-quality.
PROFILEMASTER® PMM
• Technology: Outer dimension monitoring with 2D laser triangulation and light section technology.
• Range: From 2 mm up to 144 mm (rounds) and 102 mm (squares); resolution 0.001 mm
• Applications: Perfect for smaller cold profiles; flat products, and non-round shapes.
• Benefit: High precision dimensional measuring for cold finishing lines.
STEELMASTER SMS & SMR Systems
• Technology: SMS offers a static gauge with 2-6 measuring axes for full-length diameter checks. SMR offers a rotational measuring gauge with up to 3 axes for rapid profile measurement.
• Performance: SMS provides measuring frequency of 1kHz (as standard) with an option up to 2kHz. The SMR provides a measuring frequency of 2kHz, capturing 10 complete profiles per second, making is also ideal for short product lengths.
• Applications: Both systems can be used in the manufacturing of billets, round bars and continuous casting, with the SMR also capable of measuring rebar and basic profiles including hexagonal, L-shape, flat and square profiles.
• Benefit: Ensures dimensional consistency after finishing or calibration.
ECOGAUGE
• Technology: Robust laser system for extreme conditions, offering high accuracy and stability
• Applications: Billets, round bars, and continuous casting of hot and cold products
• Benefit: Cost-effective diameter and ovality measurement.
BENDCHECK
• Technology: In-line laser device for straightness measurement with 3 to 5 stations
• Applications: Cold bars, rod and tubes
• Benefit: Real-time monitoring of bending for improved product integrity
ODAC®
• Technology: Laser gauges for diameter and ovality in peeling grinding, rolling, wire drawing, and slitting.
• Applications: Cold round products.
• Benefit: Enhanced oscillating support with optional DVW / DVO for min/max dimension measuring.
LSV
• Technology: Laser device for length and line speed measurement.
• Applications: Billets, round bars, and continuous casting.
• Benefit: Accurate length control for continuous production.
