AGME develops palletized solutions for automotive components assembly

AGME Automated Assembly Solutions designs and manufactures palletized solutions for assembling car seat cushions. The special purpose machines that AGME develops have as many automatic workstations as the clients require.

This palletized assembly line allows a simple handling of the seat cushions with pallets return in the upper part. It is composed of 10 workstations: 5 manual and 5 automatic. It is designed for 3 to 5 operators working.

The processes performed in this special machine are:

- Manual loading

- Bushings rolling over

- Parts riveting with AGME riveting machines

- Parts greasing

- Components control

- Lifting mechanism control

- Components marking

This assembly palletized line automates, as per the clients´ indications, most assembly processes. Furthermore, the components final quality is controlled completely, the production times are reduced and therefore, the productivity increases.
