Special purpose machines for rails riveting

AGME manufactures special purpose machines for riveting electric windows rails. This custom-made machine performs different assembly processes in an automated way. This makes it possible to optimize the production time and increase the productivity. One single machine for all these operations:

- Automatic loading of axles

- Axles greasing

- Automatic loading of pulleys

- Automatic loading of subassemblies

- Loading of rails

- Subassemblies riveting by AGME riveting machines: fix and movable in the X axis and with angular movements.

- Automatic unloading

An important feature to highlight is that the incorporation of 2 controlled axis to place the vertical riveting spindle makes it possible any riveting head position and a complete flexibility.
