AGME special purpose machines for assembling car seat components

AGME designs and manufactures solutions for assembling recliners. These special purpose machines are built as per the technical specifications of the clients and their automation requirements. The transfers can be completely automatic or semi-automatic.

This rotary transfer machine is made up of six workstations where the components of the recliners are assembled with several workers. It is necessary just one only type of pallet for the left and right parts. Each pallet has four fixture positions.

In the first and second workstations the workers feed the parts manually. In the third station the parts are controlled through artificial vision with an only camera that moves to the four fixture positions. This system is communicated with the machine automata.

In the fourth station the parts are riveted with an AGME riveting machine model RR-20 CN with two controlled axes and an AC-1 quality assurance system. Then in the same station the bushings are inserted with a pneumatic cylinder.

In the fifth station two points of each recliner are greased with a double unit with various nozzles and volumetric dosing units. Then the parts tighten and the differential control of the boundary is done with a special device. This system consists of a pneumatic turning unit with a floating punch to do the turning torque and also a floating device with a linear transducer to do the differential control of the boundary limits.

Finally in the sixth station the parts are marked by a multi-scratching system. Then they are ejected to a ramp selecting the right from the failed parts.
