AGME assembly machines for pins insertion and components´ bending

In order to meet these requirements, AGME develops automatic assembly machines with:

- Rotary tables with variable torque and as many workstations as necessary

- Manual container loading and automatic extraction units

- Automatic pins and screws loading flexible systems with 6 axis robots.

- Screws and pins automatic hydraulic insertion units mounted on CNC slides.

- Pneumatic bending units for the central bracket.

- Hydraulic bending units for the rest of brackets bending.

Cycle Description

In the first station the container can be fed manually. Then in the second station, the pins and screws are fed automatically by a robot. In the following station, the screws and pins are inserted by an AGME mini Hydraulic Press. After that, in station number 5, the central bracket is bent by an AGME pneumatic press. Finally in station number 6, the rest of the brackets are bent by an AGME mini Hydraulic Press.

Thanks to this fast and efficient machine the manual insertion and bending processes are replaced by automatic ones, minimizing the cycle time and increasing the productivity.
