AGME special machines for efficient tube forming and die-casting
1.- Automatic tube feeding from a ramp with a pneumatic selecting device.

Among other components, each die-casting station has a holding system with a pincer on a slider, a tube pushing system with AGME MPH-5 hydraulic presses, a cut system composed of fixed dies, a punch and a hydraulic slide with three positions, and a tube extraction system.
At the fourth station the tube forming from both sides is performed by forming dies, two pressing units and one holding system with pneumatic vertical movement.
The transfer system that permits the tubes´ collection and handling from one station to the following is composed of a pneumatic system with 5 pincers.
